Ok so this is the breakdown of the video and my youtube channel has me showing you short clips of how to actually do the move (or at least how I do the move!) Overall the workout is 20 minutes long with a 5 minutes warm up and 5 minute cool down totaling 30 minutes. It is the best 30 minutes of your life though! The video starts out with an approximate 4-5 minutes warm up, then a 3 minute strength move, a 2 minute cardio move, and a 1 minute ab move. These cycles repeat 3 times. All you will need is a yoga mat and some hand weights. I use 3 pound hand weights.

Static stretches - sitting and touching the toes or as far as you can reach over to one side, then the middle, then the other side. Stretch the arms, bring one across the body and stretch the shoulder, do the other side. Stand up and stretch the quads.
